2. Eligibility

5. Song Previews and Credits

• The Service allows you to generate preview versions of jingles using credits.
• Preview versions are provided for evaluation purposes only and may not be used commercially unless licensed.
• Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

6. Licensing and Usage Rights

• Licensing a jingle grants you lifetime commercial usage rights for that specific jingle.
• Licensed deliverables may include downloadable audio files such as WAV and MP3, as described at the time of purchase.
• Ownership of the underlying composition and recordings remains with Jingle Design unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Custom Jingle Requests

Custom jingle services are provided based on information you submit. Delivery timelines, included variations, and scope are described at the time of request. Additional revisions or variations may require additional fees.

8. Fees and Payments

• Certain features of the Service require payment, including credits and licenses.
• All payments are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• I reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, audio, and materials provided through the Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any materials outside the scope expressly permitted by these Terms.

10. Termination

• I may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee specific creative outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jingle Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
